Returns

Thank you for shopping at CheapOfficeSupplies. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines:

Office Supplies
Office supplies may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date or exchanged for an identical item regardless of when you made your purchase. For all returns: If approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us at returns@CheapOfficeSupplies.com. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. All returns must be in “as-new” condition, and the original packaging, complete with manuals registrations cards, and accessories. We will refund your credit card once the product has been received and inspected.

Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns for any liquid hand sanitizers or food products due to safety concerns. Please note that all liquid hand sanitization and food products are non-refundable.

Ink/Toner
Ink/toner may be returned in the original, unopened packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date. Opened ink/toner will not be eligible for return.

Technology
CheapOfficeSupplies will only accept the return of technology products in the original packaging (including all accessories and manuals) within 14 days of the original purchase date. Opened technology returned within the 14-day period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Defective technology items may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of the original purchase date. Technology items consist of, but may not be limited to, computers (desktop, laptop or notebook), monitors, digital cameras, business machines, networking equipment, projectors, cash registers, digital picture frames, shredders and telephones.

Furniture
Furniture may be returned in the original packaging (including all components and manuals) within 14 days of the original purchase date. Special order, manufacturer-direct, custom and preassembled furniture is not eligible for return.

Refunds

Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase. Refunds for credit card purchases will only be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase.

CheapOfficeSupplies reserves the right to deny any return.
